In addition to effectively providing residents with their statements and a convenient way to pay and track their bills, Invoice Cloud reduces costs, speeds payments, provides for efficient and accurate reconciliation of funds and reduces the use of paper and postage.

Municipalities can accept online credit card payments and, if preferred, pass the cost of doing so onto their customers.

With electronic invoicing from a biller-branded portal, bills are delivered faster, cheaper and more securely. The biller portal displays when bills are opened, scheduled and actually paid.

 


Online payments (echeck, ACH or credit card) can be made upon notification receipt, scheduled date or selected for auto-pay.

Residents receive an email branded with the municipality's logo, an invoice identical to their current paper invoice and access to a branded payment portal.


Payer decides whether to pay online, register to view their account or simply print the bill for payment through the mail.


Tight integration with most accounting programs means there is no need to purchase additional hardware or software. Invoice and payment files flow smoothly between Invoice Cloud and your accounting software, keeping all customer data synchronized.


Payment information is entered directly into Invoice Cloud's PCI compliant system, eliminating the need for municipalities to store payment card data on their own servers.
